What is your cancellation policy? + -

Consistency with speech therapy is necessary to make real and lasting progress and receive the full benefit of treatment. However, we do understand that things happen, and you may need to miss a session or two. That said, your first cancellation or no show will not be charged.

No shows or cancellations that do not occur 24 hours before the start of the session are charged at half the full-cost rate of a session which will be $145.

Last minute cancellations on the basis of emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What is your payment schedule? + -

Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices will be provided at the end of each month or upon request. Please be prompt with your payments.

Do you bill my insurance? Do you send me a bill? + -

After each appointment, we provide clients and families with all the necessary invoices and/or paperwork required by insurance companies so that they may file a claim.​

What happens if I have a deductible? + -

Typically, your insurance will start paying for your care after you hit your deductible. If your deductible is $1000, you may need to pay $1000 before your insurance starts paying.

Sometimes, your insurance will pay for care earlier—it all depends on the details of your plan. We recommend that you contact your insurance company directly for questions about your deductible.

 

Do you accept my insurance? + -

We take Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance.

We do not currently accept other insurances at this time.
